At Magic Vendors, we sell digital informational products, including vendor lists, guides, and reseller resources.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Digital Product Delivery
All products purchased from Magic Vendors are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout immediately after purchase. Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
No Refunds
Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Purchasing by mistake
- Not reading the product description before purchase
- Not achieving desired results from the information provided
- Failure to download or access the product after delivery
Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. Magic Vendors is not responsible for digital products sent to an incorrect email provided by the customer.
If you believe you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to assist, though delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable amount of time, please check:
- Your spam or junk folder
- Your promotions tab (for Gmail users)
If you still cannot locate your product, please contact us and we will assist with verifying delivery.
Agreement to Policy
By purchasing from Magic Vendors, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product
- The product is delivered immediately after purchase
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided
